This is so hard for most of us to do! Try to appreciate at least 3 things your body is doing for you today! You are gorgeous, wonderful and strong despite your curves, BMI our lack of what it you wish you had. 🫶🏽

This weekend I was able to participate in the overnight Walk for Su***de Prevention in Washington DC with dear friends. I worked as a crew member providing support to the walkers via emotional support and bus rides to the Finish line if their bodies were done early (16.7 miles is a LOT, especially throughout the night!)
It was so inspiring to see so many people gather for this important cause. I was able to collect so many beautiful stories of love and heartache.

If you are struggling with depression or thoughts of su***de, please know that you are loved; keep going! Tomorrow is so much better with you in it!🩵💜🫶🏽 Through your darkest days, there is always light! ☀️
