Quick Update:

I am open and scheduling appointments.

Please note the important changes to my schedule below. I am currently not working weekday mornings and early afternoons at this time.

My current available times are:
Mondays 6:00PM
Tuesdays starting at 4:30PM
Thursdays starting at 4:30PM
Some weekend availability

A few things to note:

-Rates will remain the same:
60 minute massage…………………..……………………….. $100
90 minute massage……………………….…………………….. $150
Massage rates are calculated at $25 per 15 minute increment. Massage appointments for more or less time can be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.

-Rewards earned in 2019/2020 will not be forfeited.
Each client will earn 5% in points based on the rate of massage. Each point value equals one US dollar. Points may be used for either 50% off a massage, or a free massage once enough points have been accumulated. Points do not expire as long as the client has had a completed appointment within the past 12 months. *Clients also earn 5 points for each completed referral.*

New Procedures:

-Please do not enter the office suite until 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
-Please wear a face mask when entering the building, and go directly to the restrooms and wash your hands before coming into the office suite. (Up the stairs, restrooms are to the left, office is to the right.)
-Each client will need to fill out a new massage intake form.
-Clients are required to wear a face mask for the duration of their time in the office suite, except while face down on the massage table unless vaccinated.

In addition to my regular cleaning procedure, I will also be:

-applying hand sanitizer on my hands after I enter the treatment room, before the start of your massage, in addition to my usual routine of washing my hands before entering the treatment room.
-cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces that have come in contact with myself or my client before and after each appointment.
i.e. door k***s, pens, counter/desk tops
-wearing a full scrub dress and exchanging it for a clean one between clients.
-wearing a clean, disposable face mask at all times and exchanging it for a new one between clients.
-running a HEPA air purifier before, during and after each client. Hopefully, this will also mitigate the scent from the disinfectant.

Navigating this past year has been daunting at times, but I am optimistic that this difficult time will be over soon!

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this past year as I know I have not been as communicative as I should be. I wanted to let you know that currently, I do not have a set date for re-opening, but plan to do so as soon as it is feasible for me and my family.

A few things to note when I do re-open:
-Rates will remain the same.
-Rewards earned in 2019/2020 will not be forfeited.

I hope you and yours are doing well and staying healthy during this time!

I just wanted to let you know that I have not forgotten about you, it has just been a challenging time navigating this pandemic with kids. The children just started school last week, and I am currently the full time remote assistant.

My office is currently still closed, but I do have plans of reopening. It's just a matter of when.

If you need a therapist in the interim, please let me know and I will send out a referral list of those accepting new clients at the moment.

Due to the ever changing current situation, I now feel I am doing more of a disservice by keeping my practice open. I am temporarily closing until April 6, 2020. I have sent out a more detailed email to my current clients. Stay well!

Today's discussion: Rates!

I know prospective new clients may be a little stunned when they see my rates for massage. If you think about it this way: You go anywhere else for a 1 hour massage, and the price ranges from $80 to $130 (Yes, I have seen $130 for an hour within 10 minutes of my office!), that is NOT including gratuity. After gratuity, you are at or over my price point.

I have many clients who can attest to my skills as a massage therapist, I am well worth it!
