Our second session led by aligns with the New Moon in Capricorn—a powerful moment for structure, discipline, and long-term vision. Capricorn teaches us how to move forward with integrity, patience, and purpose, translating inner clarity into steady, sustainable action.

In this in-studio gathering, you’ll be guided to:

Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practiced lying down that leads you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. As the clock struck midnight, we didn’t just welcome a new year… we welcomed new possibilities. A chance to shed what’s heavy. To rise into who we’re becoming. To root into authenticity, self-love, courage, and consistency — on and off the mat.

The first session of our 6-part yoga + mindfulness series led by is a 60-minute virtual gathering devoted entirely to completion of the 9-year cycle and setting the energetic stage for 2026.

This opening circle is about making space—gently, intentionally, and with deep self-compassion. It lays the foundation for everything that follows.

In this session, you’ll explore:
🌑 What a Universal Year 9 truly represents
🌑 Why 2025 may feel like endings, shifts, and emotional clearing
🌑 How to release with compassion, not force
🌑 Why space-making is sacred—and necessary for rebirth

While the class follows the traditional 26&2 sequence, the experience will be intentionally elevated. Each posture will be paired with a thoughtful reflection, inviting you to explore what the year behind you has taught you—and how to carry that wisdom forward with clarity and courage.

In this mindful, gratitude-centered experience, you’ll be invited to:
