Halloween is almost here — which means most people are about to toss out one of the most underrated snacks of the season: pumpkin seeds 🎃
Those little guys are loaded with magnesium, zinc, iron, protein, and healthy fats — nutrients that support calm energy, better sleep, hormone balance, and even gut health.
So before you carve your pumpkin, scoop the seeds, rinse them off, and roast them up with a little sea salt or cinnamon.
For those that don’t have the time, energy, or patience (no judgement!) you can also buy your pumpkin seeds at the grocery store—the bulk food section usually has some great options too!
