Why do kids need Inamojo?

The ever-accelerating pace of change in the world means that the children of today have more opportunities than ever before – but they also face unprecedented challenges.

Our children need more help in learning how to navigate life’s challenges. They need to be taught practical skills and tools that can help them to understand themselves and other people; that foster their self-esteem and resilience; that support and empower them in setting appropriate boundaries; and that promote greater empathy and kindness to others.

Our Mission is to help equip children with life-tools and life-skills for life-long wellbeing. Inamojo programs nurture creativity and imagination through play whilst addressing all levels of healthy developmental growth: physical, cognitive, emotional and social.

This week in Inamojo we will adventure through the Galaxy with Katami and the Starseeds. Katami plumets to the earth after she becomes distracted and can no longer use her super eye to imagine, visualize or connect with her family. she must follow the signs or star seeds ( intuition) to fin her way home.
Key themes: intuition and imagination

This week we will adventure through the realm of sound with Kyoshi and his magical song.

Kyoshi is afraid to speak his truth to his family because he is different. He doesn’t want to disappoint them and his inability to speak his truth has a freezing effect on his family and the sound realm. He learns that honesty and being your authentic self holds much more freedom than he could ever have imagined.💙💙💙

This week at Inamojo we will hear the story of Meraki, the Winged One, who discovers that jealousy and hatred can have devastating effects. She learns to open her heart and find forgiveness, not only for herself but her 'enemy' the Troll.💚💚💚

This week we will hear the story of Takeo and The Firestone. Takeo feels like an unworthy contender in the quest to become a Flame Warrior. He must find his inner strength and power to overcome his greatest challenge, courage. He meets his fear in the form of Lance, a boy who bullies him. Takeo must find the true essence of being a warrior. Key theme this week are self confidence, resilience, courage and bullying.💛💛💛

Namiko the moon fin, goes on a journey of self-discovery after her emotional outbursts get the better of her and she causes deep sea destruction to her home and her family and friends. This is a story of how emotions can affect others and us and how we can learn how to healthy express our emotions 🧡🧡🧡

This week in Inamojo, kids will hear the story of Aloka and the Wolf. Aloka is a little wild girl from the Red Foot Tribe who gets lost in the forest. A wolf comes to her rescue and teaches her physical awareness, safety and learning to trust her body whispers ( her instincts )

Class is this Saturday @ 11:00 at Yoga at the Barn in Ramsey NJ. Ages 5-8

$10 per kid ( this is a drop off class, parents are not required to stay)
