To life—Passover celebrates the ancient Hebrews’ freedom from slavery in Egypt as they made their way back to their homeland 🇮🇱. The holiday includes many meaningful rituals and traditionally lasts for eight days, during which many observers avoid eating foods made with yeast or *🍞 variations.

We gather, sip wine or grape juice, light candles, and share symbolic foods—honoring the ten plagues, the pain of the past, and the path that led to renewal.

We eat matzah—simple, unleavened *bread—reminding us there was no time to let the dough rise as the Hebrews fled toward freedom.

We taste charoset—a mixture of apples, walnuts, and wine or grape juice—symbolizing the mortar between the bricks, a reflection of resilience, remembrance, and the strength carried through generations.

As we read from the Haggadah each year, like our Hebrew ancestors, Jewish people around the world share a declaration during the Seder meal that begins with hope and adds meaning to this sacred holiday when we repeat,

Next year in Jerusalem. 🇮🇱

The story marks a time of hardship, hope, and rising.

And to those celebrating Easter—wishing you a beautiful day of rebirth, where eggs are represented on our Passover Seder plates, signifying renewal, and light. 🌸

Real talk.

Life does not always stay in the fast lane. Sometimes were in the slower one or we drift toward the breakdown lane. And that is okay.

What helps? A roadmap. A reset. And a stage full of women brave enough to show up and share stories straight from the heart.
