What better to do on a rainy Saturday than to come to the Voices Against Lyme Disease Holiday Sampler Fair? We're here until 2:00 pm at the L.P. Wilson Community Center, 599 Mattianuk Ave., Windsor, CT. 50 incredible vendors, and you'll be helping Voices Against Lyme Disease in our work towards prevention, our support group, and advocacy.

World Tai Chi and Qigong Day is coming up two weeks from today, Saturday, April 26. It is free and a wonderful, family-friendly event. This is a world-wide event with folks in EVERY time zone doing Tai Chi and Qigong at 10:00 am in each zone. Join us at 10:00 am to help us send a wave of healing energy around the world and stay for a day full of free workshops, demonstrations, and camaraderie. I will be doing a workshop on Tai Chi for Heart Conditions and, possibly, one on Tai Chi for Diabetes. I'll have more details once the schedule is published. Hope to see you there!

Great news at Wabi-Sabi Yoga in East Granby! We are continuing to teach Tai Chi (along with some Qigong and meditation) on Mondays at 12:00 noon, and we are also offering Reiki services by appointment.
