Here are Five Ways Acupuncture can help you stick to your wellness goals!

1. Pain management-it’s hard to get your body moving if you are dealing with chronic pain-that’s where acupuncture comes in! Acupuncture can help reduce pain and inflammation and improve circulation. When you feel better you are more likely to stick to your exercise routine.

1. Make Stretching a Part of Your Daily Routine

2. Cook at least one healthy meal for yourself each day

3. Purchase a reusable water bottle and keep it with you all day to maximize hydration.

4. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday

5. Try at least one new fitness class, activity or hobby every month

6. Limit caffeine intake

7. Cut down on screen time (especially before bed!)

8. Get up from your desk every hour and take a lap around the office

9. Expose yourself to sun every morning to increase your production of Vitamin D

10. Get Acupuncture!

Starting a regular wellness routine can be intimidating, but you can do it! Just start small. When you wake up stretch in bed and drink a glass of water as soon as you start moving.
