🇺🇸 September 11, 2001 🇺🇸
A day our nation will never forget.
We remember the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost, the countless families forever changed, and the brave first responders who ran toward danger when others ran away.

Today, as we reflect on the tragedy, we also honor the resilience, unity, and courage that rose from the ashes.

Let us carry forward the lessons of that day—not only the pain, but also the reminder that even in the darkest moments, humanity shines brightest when we stand together.

May we choose hope over hate, and peace over division.

Behind the uniform, the badge, and the training—there are real people carrying heavy burdens. Far too often, those who dedicate their lives to saving others struggle in silence with stress, trauma, and mental health challenges.

💡 Su***de among first responders is a growing crisis. We need to break the stigma, start the conversations, and remind our brothers and sisters in service that it’s okay to not be okay.

If you’re struggling, you are not alone. Talk to someone. Reach out. Your life matters more than you know.

🖤 Let’s stand together to support those who spend their lives supporting us.
