I picked up some incredible Carolina Gold rice and Southern Breeze breaders from our friends at Tidewater Grain Company. If you’ve never tried their products, you’re missing out. They’re producing some of the best heirloom grains around and doing it right here in our region.

Tuna fish casserole is underrated. Period.
