over a decade of experience in education and
school counseling, Marilyn brings a wealth of
knowledge and a deep passion for empowering
individuals.

Marilyn holds an Education Specialist Degree in
School Counseling from Old Dominion
University, and Master's and Bachelor's degrees
in Education from Hampton University. She's a
former Teacher of the Year with Hampton City
Schools and has an extensive background in
fostering supportive school environments,
leading student-centered initiatives, and
spearheading programs like Peer Mediation and
Girls Club.
