💧 Stay Hydrated: Even when you aren’t feeling hot, your body still needs plenty of water. Proper hydration helps with energy levels and keeps your skin healthy during these dry months. Try warm herbal teas if cold water doesn’t sound appealing!

👟 Prevent Falls: Ice and wet leaves can make walkways tricky. Make sure paths are salted and clear, and always wear shoes with good traction, even for a quick trip to the mailbox. Keeping the house well-lit is also a big help!
