Just one week until Christmas! 🎄 Here’s what we can do to get ready for the big day

1. Joyful people often report lower levels of pain. A positive outlook can play a role in how we perceive and handle pain.
2. Find peace by redirecting all the negative thoughts that are plaguing you. Pause and take a moment to focus on true and positive thoughts.
3. Open the present of health, get your regular check up. Make sure you are taking the best care of yourself that you can.
