🌟 We Are Hiring! 🌟

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities? We’re looking for compassionate individuals to join our dedicated team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in a rewarding group home setting!

As a DSP, you will provide essential support and care, helping residents achieve greater independence and personal choice in their daily lives. Your contributions will enhance their quality of life through individualized support and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and implement treatment plans
Encourage community participation and assist with meals
Help clients develop daily living skills and document progress
Communicate effectively with team members
Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings
Promote skills, independence, and social interactions

Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Capable of physical tasks (bending, reaching, walking)
Successful clearance of background checks
Basic computer skills
CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory)
High school diploma
Valid driver's license
