I’ve been incredibly honored to be named Best OB/GYN for the past four years. To even be nominated again this year feels surreal. In a job where recognition can be rare, especially behind the scenes, knowing that my patients notice and appreciate the care I give means more than I can express.

After the ARRIVE trial publication, the number of 39 week inductions increased and the number of cesarean sections DECREASED. This further confirms that induction at 39 weeks does not increase the risk of cesarean but actually decreases the risk.

This cross-sectional study analyzes the rates of induction and cesarean delivery before and after the publication of A Randomized Trial of Induction vs Expectant Management (ARRIVE).
