Shoulders are extremely complex and one of the biggest complaint areas we get from clients. Pain can manifest in many different ways whether it’s limited range of motion, discomfort when taking a deep breath, nerve impingement, trigger points or even muscle spasms. It’s important to release any kind of restriction and free your scapula from your rib cage, allowing movement between the two.

First look at our completed reception area 😍 we’re about 1-2 weeks away from finishing. Just need to put the final touches on the back of house. Our wellness center is 1200 square foot with two treatment rooms (currently, with plans to expand to a total of four rooms) and a restroom in unit. We cant wait for you all to see the space in person!
