Many years ago, I had made the decision to pull my support from the Yoga Alliance.

However, with the refreshment of their brand and seeing more engagement with attempting to uphold some standards in the yoga industry, I decided today to give them another shot.

Aviana courses now can easily be counted as continuing education hours towards your Yoga Alliance membership.

I will be working on getting all of the information plugged in for the upcoming trainings occurring in Chicago and Columbia, Maryland next month.

Feeling tense from the cold? I've got you! Join me this Sunday at 4:30 pm for Restorative Aerial Yoga with Hot Stones 🔥

A 90 minute session of helping you to feel your inner peace and zen again. The hammock is set low to the ground and will aid you in feeling more open through your hips, your back and your chest, especially with the aided benefit of warm stones placed on you through the practice.

This will be one of the last ones of the season so grab one of the open spots while you can!

The Art of Healing

This transformative workshop will guide you on a Shamanic Drumming Journey, where you’ll connect with the wisdom of your spirit guides and higher self. This experience offers a unique opportunity to break free from limiting patterns and explore the possibilities that await you beyond the familiar.

As the rhythmic beat of the drum quiets the mind, you’ll find yourself returning to your heart, allowing new insights to emerge and your consciousness to expand.

Whether you experience deep relaxation or a powerful transcendence, everyone’s journey will be in alignment with your highest good.

Afterwards, you’ll be invited to express yourself freely on a canvas with paints and brushes—no structure, no rules—just the freedom to let your body and spirit create a visual representation of your journey and emotions being released and transformed.

The evening will begin with a sacred circle smudging ceremony using sage to cleanse your energy, followed by an oracle card drawing for guidance, breathwork, and a guided meditation. The Shamanic Drumming Journey will set the stage for your intuitive painting process.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for painting and know that all materials will be provided. Come ready to relax, explore, and let your creativity flow!

This experience offerings a safe space to let yourself be seen and to allow yourself to flow in order to move through anything that feels heavy and allow yourself to ascend to a higher awareness and vantage point where your healing can unfold.
