Tia Jones has been a License Massage Therapist for over 10 years. After discovering that massage was something she truly enjoyed, she decided to adventure out and start her own massage business.

With over 5 years of being in business, Tia has been able to manage a business (with the help of her husband Grayling) as well as provide her clients with the best care in massage. Tia has added additional certifications in Hot Stones as well as Level 1 MediCupping aka Massage Cupping to help provide a more unique massage to suit her clients needs. Our Vision
Hand & Hand Massage is here to provide a Therapeutic service at an affordable price. Our goal is to help people to live better and to help give ways to improve their quality of life. We are committed to listen first and then educate each client with simplicity and understanding. Our Mission

Happy December!

Before we look forward to 2025, how about we make the most of the last 30 days of 2024?

As many of you know, there are some big changes happening right now for Hand & Hand Massage. And while these changes are exciting, I’m reminded to stay present in each moment & soak in this mixed pot of emotions instead of fixating on the future.

I would like to encourage you to do the same.

Don’t let these next 30 days fly by without experiencing each of them. Have a goal to reach? Go for it. Have a relationship to nurture? Go for it. Something new to try? Do it.

Our ability to trust ourselves, can be affected by five key elements; lack of self-confidence, fear of failure, negative self talk and inner criticisms, perfectionism, and past experiences. It can be hard to make important decisions when we have insecurities in any of these areas. We may not realize it, but those insecurities can hinder our progress towards the dreams, goals, and desires we want to obtain.

So how do we overcome this?

Well first, we have to be honest with ourselves and face what’s really holding us back. Then we can start to replace negative thoughts, beliefs, and fears with words that align with our desired outcomes. This is a journey so it won’t happen over night. But with consistency, we’ll reap the rewards that come with trusting ourselves.
