Living in the hot and humid south, the grass is always wet in the morning. I will stand in it when I’m letting my dogs out. But right around lunchtime when the ground is dry, I look forward to just laying in the grass as long as I can. Some call it earthing. Somecall it grounding, I just like to think of it as connecting with mother nature while soaking up vitamin D. (Of course the temperature dictates how long I stay.)

Better Choice: so I haven’t been to the gym all week. But I did go to a hip-hop dance class last night with several of my favorite humans. We laughed and sweat and had glitter coming out of our faces. It was amazing! Just move!
