Description:
• Preventa Family Clinic, PLLC is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible P*P (IM/FP).
• We have both full-time and part-time positions available.
• Preventa is a well-established clinic in Sugar Land, Texas which is an affluent area southwest of Houston, Texas. Excellent neighborhood with an outstanding school system.
• Most of the employees working today have been with the clinic since its inception in 2020. The management team believes in hiring top candidates and letting them grow with the clinic over the long term. We believe in long-term relationships.
• The patients love the provider and the staff and keep referring new patients as a token of their satisfaction and appreciation for the services rendered.
• The staff members work together like a well-oiled machine achieving the best clinical outcomes for the patients. We treat our patients and employees as family.
• The position is for 100% outpatient practice during regular business hours M-F with no hospital coverage or ER calls required. Preventa uses a hospitalist group to cover for hospitals. However, the physician is free to take ER calls and do hospitals, NH, etc. It will help increase their productivity bonus.
• Office hours: 9 AM-6 PM, M-F. No weekends.
Requirements:
• Providers are required to dress up professionally and should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Full patient satisfaction is the motto of the clinic. All employees should abide by that.
• Providers must show empathy and compassion and practice evidence-based medicine to get the best possible clinical outcomes.
• Fresh grads are welcomed. At least a couple of years of experience will be looked upon favorably.
• Similarly, sound medical knowledge and clinical skills will let the physician thrive in the practice for many years to come.
• A valid Texas license is required.
Compensation:
• Base salary is $210,000.00 with a healthy compensation package and productivity bonus can make the yearly compensation up to $280,000.00. Will be further discussed in interviews.
• Start date: ASAP.
