You can use a heating pad over the lower abdomen, take a warm bath, stay hydrated and keep up with exercise. Over the counter pain medications such as ibuprofen and naproxen can help.
Note that Cramps in some cases may be a sign of an underlying health condition that needs your attention. See a doctor if you're concerned.
π To ease crankiness or anxiety: Avoid caffeine, exercise, get enough quality sleep, and always stay hydrated.
π To prevent and treat hormonal acne: You can work with a dermatologist (skin doctor) to get the right skincare products for you. Stay hydrated, eat healthy, skip late dinners, and avoid unhealthy fatty foods.
π Heavy bleeding during periods that last more than seven days, and soaking through pads or tampons within two to three hours? See a doctor.
