Landon Ridge Sugar Land Our Assisted Living & Memory Care programs utilize adaptive, individualized care in a vibrant setting Landon Ridge – Sugar Land is like being home.

Independent Living at Landon Ridge – Sugar Land offers you the freedom to pursue the lifestyle you enjoy. The modern residence gives you luxurious Independent Living apartments, delicious chef-prepared dining, and weekly housekeeping and linen service. Landon Ridge – Sugar Land provides bus transportation services for scheduled Lifestyle activities including group outings to restaurants, movies, theater productions and shopping. All residents are served delicious, chef-prepared meals three times a day, in their respective, resort-like dining rooms with high ceilings and natural light. Individual and Assisted Living dining rooms have gorgeous fireplaces, too. Memory Care residents also receive three chef-prepared snacks each day. Residents can enjoy outdoor courtyards furnished with comfortable seating areas and lighted walking paths. Our courtyards offer amenities specific to the residents using them. The Memory Care and Assisted Living courtyards include raised gardening planters for convenient access. In addition to paths and porches, the Independent Living courtyard boasts an outdoor fireplace, which is a favorite gathering spot for family and friends. Residents live in dynamic environments where they can participate in Lifestyle activities and group outings appropriate to their circumstances, while receiving the level of care specific to their needs. All activities are based on resident interests and needs. Independent Living and Assisted Living residents often bring their furry friend with them to live in our pet-friendly community here at Landon Ridge – Sugar Land. And it’s easy for our Memory Care residents to take advantage of the pet therapy programs we offer. Residents of Landon Ridge – Sugar Land benefit from a true continuum of care, if needed, as they transition from Independent Living to Assisted Living or from either to Memory Care without leaving our beautiful community—or leaving the compassionate associates our residents know and trust.
