Release & Regulate: Myofascial Release for the Nervous System

This slow, mindful class uses massage balls and foam rollers to help ease physical tension AND support nervous system regulation. Rather than pushing or forcing release, we’ll focus on listening to sensation, noticing subtle shifts, and allowing the body and nervous system to settle through awareness.
You’ll feel:

No experience needed — this is a supported, gentle practice focused on awareness and integration, not intensity.
