This slow, mindful class uses massage balls and foam rollers to help ease physical tension AND support nervous system regulation. Rather than pushing or forcing release, we’ll focus on listening to sensation, noticing subtle shifts, and allowing the body and nervous system to settle through awareness.

Meet Sarah, our new Membership Experience Manager
Many of you already know Sarah as one of our teachers, and we’re so excited to share that she’s stepping into a new role at Awakened Yoga!
Sarah has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and completed her 200-hour training right here at Awakened Yoga in 2022. She truly believes yoga is for every body and loves supporting students, especially those who are new to the practice.

As our Membership Experience Manager, Sarah will be focused on supporting our members behind the scenes and beyond the mat: answering questions, offering guidance, checking in, and helping you feel connected and cared for every step of the way.

She tell us, “I’m really excited to step into a member-facing role and build deeper relationships within our community. Supporting people in staying consistent and confident in their practice is something I care deeply about.”

When she’s not teaching or helping members, Sarah is a busy mom of three, a licensed real estate agent, an avid reader, and a patio-wine-with-dogs enthusiast.
