Reports To: Medical Director

Position Summary:
I and My Doctors Clinic is seeking a compassionate, bilingual Physician Assistant (PA) to join our patient-centered team in Sugar Land, TX. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Gujarati and Spanish is a strong plus. This role will support our mission of delivering high-quality, accessible care to a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments

Diagnose and treat common illnesses and chronic conditions

Provide preventive care, health counseling, and education

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results

Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans under physician supervision

Document patient encounters accurately in EMR

Communicate effectively with patients from multicultural backgrounds

Collaborate with physicians and support staff for integrated patient care

Requirements:
Current Texas PA license in good standing

Bilingual: Fluent in Hindi and English (required)

Knowledge of Gujarati and/or Spanish (preferred)

Strong clinical decision-making and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in outpatient or primary care preferred

Current BLS/CPR certification
