Dr. Keith Schulze, a fellowship trained member of the American College of Mohs Surgery, opened the Fort Bend Skin Cancer Center in February 2007 after practicing in the Texas Medical Center for six years. Mohs micrographic surgery is a highly specialized treatment for skin cancer that offers the highest potential for cure while minimizing the cosmetic impact, even if previous treatments have failed. With advanced fellowship training as a Mohs surgeon, Dr. Schulze can provide both the thorough diagnosis and effective treatment you need to address your condition.

Dr. Keith Schulze, a fellowship trained member of the American College of Mohs Surgery, opened the Fort Bend Skin Cancer Center in February 2007 after practicing in the Texas Medical Center for six years. His practice is dedicated to the treatment of skin cancer, reconstructive surgery after skin cancer removal, and the surgical treatment of benign skin lesions. Mohs micrographic surgery is a highly specialized treatment for skin cancer that offers the highest potential for cure while minimizing the cosmetic impact; even if previous treatments have failed. With advanced fellowship training as a Mohs surgeon, Dr. Schulze can provide both the thorough diagnosis and effective treatment you need to address your condition.

Dr. Scott Cohen has devoted his professional career to helping people recover from the effects of skin cancer. Dr. Cohen works closely with Dr. Schulze where his specialized training and expertise help patients regain normal form and function following the removal of skin cancers affecting the face, neck and scalp. A Texas native, he is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Rice University and valedictorian of his medical school class at The University of Texas – Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. After completing a residency in Head & Neck Surgery and Fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor he returned to the Houston area where he has been in practice for 26 years. Dr. Cohen is double board certified in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

Fort Bend Skin Cancer Center is proud to announce the availability of Skin eBx®: A Painless, Non-Surgical Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer (NMSC) Treatment. Skin eBx is an advanced, patient-friendly option for NMSC treatment. Skin eBx provides an effective and convenient alternative to surgery allowing patients to return to normal activities immediately with no downtime. Skin eBx provides patients with a targeted, non-invasive alternative to surgery for NMSC treatment. While surgery is considered to be the standard of care for NMSC, for some patients, surgery is not an option or a preference. A completely non-invasive approach, no cutting, bleeding or stitching is required with skin eBx.

Appropriate candidates for skin eBx may include the following patients:
