📣📣 ADVOCACY ALERT: COMMENTS DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 02/19 📣📣
Texas HHSC is proposing rulemaking changes that will adversely affect already struggling families. The proposed changes require a "totally responsible adult" to be present and take full liability anytime a private duty nurse (PDN) is providing medical care in a home setting as ordered by the child's treating physician. Whether your loved one currently requires PDN or not, your voice is needed. Comments are due to HHSC by Monday, 02/05.
