Restored Haven Counseling “Peace is a journey of a thousand miles designed to be taken a step at a time” A counseling practice that works with individuals, couples, and families.

My therapeutic perspective relies on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Therapy, proven counseling techniques to help clients understand their perceptions (or misperceptions) and provide tools for positive life changes. While trained and experienced in many areas of mental health therapy and counseling, because of our interests and personal experiences, I specialize in assisting clients with: Mental Disorders, Anger Management, Stress Management, Residential Treatment, Grief Counseling, Parenting Skills Training, Relationships, Pre-Marital Counseling, Divorce
Crisis Management, Substance Abuse Treatment, and Career Counseling
