WE ARE MOVING!
We have exciting news at Sugar land Primary Care!
Dr. Okafor and staff will be relocating to our new location at the
“ Sugar land Medical Center”
15200 Southwest Freeway,
Suite 385,
Sugar land Texas 77478.
We cannot wait to welcome you to this new office and look forward to creating great memories there! If you have an upcoming appointment in the next two weeks, it will most likely be converted to a Televist as we are in the middle of moving but rest assured, you will be receiving the same excellent care. We hope to be operating fully at the new location by 9/18/23. The Staff will call to direct you appropriately. Thanks for being a part of the SLPC family!
