Self-worth is not something we achieve.
It is something we remember
when we stop abandoning ourselves.

Horses feel what we hide.
They soften when we soften.
They trust when we return to ourselves.

Alchemy is not becoming someone new.
It is transforming fear, approval-seeking,
and self-doubt into presence.
Into truth.
Into belonging.

Like a garden after winter,
the parts of you that felt unseen
are not gone.
They are waiting for warmth.

This is the work.
This is the remembering.
This is the return.

Seek nature for support and return to yourself!

Weekly reminder for the year of the horse.
If you want to understand the year of the horse, you must understand horses. ❤️‍🔥🐴

✅Prey by nature, means they’re hyper aware of their surroundings, always present in every moment.

✅They live in a peaceful state, only moving when necessary, with intention.

✅They don’t trust easily, but look for consistent proof that they can.

✅They’re Herd animals, living safely in community only following sovereign leaders.

☝️What this means for you?

🎯Know when to move and when not to.
🎯Practice presence and awareness.
🎯Look for proof that you’re worthy.
🎯Be a sovereign leader others are drawn to, OR
Follow only those who’ve proven themselves.
🎯Find your herd!

And most importantly, believe in yourself. It will change your life!

Life has a beautiful way of guiding us back to what our soul has always known… and right now, I’m listening closely.

I’m so excited to share that I’ve enrolled in the Masterson Method — an equine bodywork practice that supports the horse’s nervous system, releases deep tension, and strengthens the silent language between horse and human. This is the space where I feel most at home… present, intuitive, and devoted to connection — the heart of the Playful Equine Alchemist within me.

After selling the farm, I stepped into an unfamiliar season of uncertainty. I didn’t know what my future with horses would look like. But even without all the answers, one truth kept rising above the noise — the bond I share with these incredible beings is still leading the way.

So here I am… learning deeper, listening softer, and following the path as it unfolds.

It feels especially aligned that in the Year of the Horse, I’m being called to honor them in an even greater way. 🤍

How will you honor yourself this year?

🐎 A Guide for Moving with the Year of the Horse

The Year of the Horse is here, and with it comes an invitation: move toward what your heart desires.

After years of working with horses, here’s what they’ve taught me about navigating this kind of energy:

1. Motion matters.
The horse is power, freedom, and forward movement. This year isn’t about waiting — it’s about taking aligned action.

2. Look for proof.
Horses are skeptics. They move when they trust. Start noticing the proof that your desires are meant for you.

3. Find your herd.
Horses thrive in community. The right support system doesn’t just hold you — it inspires you to move.

4. Be what you seek.
Horses feel truth before words. Confidence can’t be faked; it has to be embodied.

5. Lead yourself first.
In the wild, horses follow calm, confident leaders. This year asks you to become one — for yourself.

✨ My guidance for the year:

Take action. Gather proof. Lean into community, lead with confidence and self-belief.

If this speaks to you, I’m holding space to go deeper:

🐎 Spirit Horse Sip & Paint — Feb 14 (4pm)
🌿 Sacred Sharing Circle — Feb 15 (6pm, Zoom)

👉🏽If you’d like the links check my Bio or send me a DM and I’ll share with you directly.

This year is about motion, trust, and becoming who you already are…. Remember! if you need support along the way — I’m here 🤍

Who’s in your inner circle? How do you support one another? 🧐

As we begin this new year of the horse I’m reminded of the power that comes from moving forward together.

Horses symbolize power, confidence and movement. Moving with confidence is so much easier when we are supported. Supported in a way that inspires us to chase our dreams with an open heart. 💖

As a member of the Light Keepers Collective I get to attend retreats with other powerful healers. We connect and support eachother, we discover new strengths, joy and the courage to release what is needed so we can move forward with momentum.

If this sounds appealing to you and you’d like to learn more about our group and how we can support you, please DM us, we’d love to hear from you. 🙏

🎯I’ll also be guiding our monthly Magical Kitchen, a sacred sharing circle, this February 15th. Discussing how we can embrace this year of the horse in a most empowering way.

I hope you’ll join us.

“In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks.” — John Muir

Winter teaches us something profound: the art of letting go. Trees shed their leaves not in defeat, but in wisdom. They know that to survive, to thrive, they must release what no longer serves them.

Look around. Notice how nature doesn’t cling. It doesn’t overthink the seasons. It flows with what is, trusts the cycle, and knows that spring always returns.

What are you holding onto that’s ready to fall away? What would it feel like to trust the natural rhythm of your own life the way a tree trusts winter?

Come walk with us. Come remember how to be still, how to listen, how to let the earth teach you what your mind has forgotten. 🍂
