This week’s class schedule as we continue to incorporate foot and ankle exercises:
Monday, Sept 29
4 pm - Chair Yoga with Resistance Band for 1 hour, in-person and on FB Live private group
6 pm - Mindful Slow Flow for 1 hour on Zoom and in-person
Wednesday, Oct 1
9 am - Chair Yoga with weights for 40 minutes on FB Live private group
5 pm - Gentle Yoga on Zoom only for 1 hour
Friday, Oct 3
9 am - Strength Class on Zoom only for 30 minutes
