Triston led a Group Reiki session on Sunday and it was amazing! Reiki is a form of energy healing that helps align your mind and body. We had an amazing group reiki session at One Soul Yoga on Sunday!

This allowed people to get a taste of what reiki was all about!

We had people ages 15 to 63, men and women, from Hopkins County to Grand Prairie, and from all religious back grounds!

It was great to start this healing journey with all of them!

Be watching for future reiki circles! I will be honest if one in November!

This is the perfect way to get introduced to Reiki and it’s many benifits.

This Reiki Group Circle will be focusing on letting go of old attachments that are weighing us down! Science has proved that a lot of the pain we feel is stored emotional trauma. We are going to focus on releasing that trauma and diving deep into healing!
