💙 We are saddened to hear of the passing of James Van Der Beek at just 48 years old from colore**al cancer.

His death is a heartbreaking reminder that colon cancer is affecting younger adults more than ever — and it is now the leading cause of cancer-related death in people under 50.

The most important thing to know is this:
