Yes! The equipment is set up for you prior to arrival so you definitely have time to complete the workout and head back to work!

Is cardio included?
A cardio regimen is provided based on goals and needs. I do not do specific steady state cardio during class times. Class instruction is reserved for weight training and cardio is suggested to enhance results outside of class time.

What is the cost?
$500 This includes everything outlined above for a ONE TIME COST.
