East Texas Physical Therapy Providing comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

East Texas Physical Therapy was founded in 2011 by Jason and Cassie Maness. Cassie is native to Sulphur Springs and wanted to give back to the community that gave so much to her growing up. ETPT offers physical, occupational and speech services on an outpatient and home health basis. Patients can be seen for therapy in the home without a home health care company as well. We are grateful for the support of Hopkins County over the years and look forward to expanding the services we offer in the near future.

🙏 Grateful for 3 Years at East Texas Physical Therapy 🙏

Today marks 3 years since I joined the ETPT team as Videographer/Media, and I’m truly thankful for the opportunity God has given me here. Over these years, I’ve been blessed to tell stories, capture moments, and work alongside an amazing team that feels like family.
