We are selling our Cryo Chamber. Works great! We just have other plans for the room it is located in 😊

In just a two-to-three minute session your body is exposed to ultra low temperatures (-200 to -240F) through the use of nitrogen v***r, lowering the skin's surface temperature by 30-50 degrees and activating the body's natural fight-or-fight response. This cold sensation stimulates the skin's receptors to constrict the blood ves sels and rush blood back to the body's core where it is oxygenated and enriched. Upon exiting the Cryosauna, your blood vessels will dilate and rush supercharged blood full of anti-inflammatory proteins (collagen), endorphins and oxygen throughout your body. This process accelerates the rate of tissue repair and reduces inflammation, while boosting the body's metabolic rate resulting in a residual weight loss of 500-800 calories in the 5 hours post session.
While a whole body cryotherapy session last just 2 to 3 minutes, the benefits far exceed hours of a traditional ice bath. Furthermore, the cold experienced in the Cryosauna affects only the skin temperature. 1/2 millim ter deep, and does not reduce the body's internal temperature or freeze tissue.
