Tina, our Director of Rehabilitation, working with a resident in the parallel bars to improve stability and balance.

Physical therapy using parallel bars helps residents regain and improve their strength, stability, and balance. This type of therapy focuses on building confidence in mobility, reducing fall risk, and working toward greater independence in daily activities. Meet Our Director of Rehabilitation 💫
We're pleased to introduce Tina Henry, Director of Rehab at Rock Creek Health and Rehabilitation!
Tina brings 15 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, having served patients across Colorado, Wyoming, and Texas. Originally from Colorado, she has spent several years in leadership roles as both Director of Rehab and Assistant Director of Rehab.
Tina's diverse clinical background includes skilled nursing facilities, orthopedic outpatient clinics, long-term acute care hospitals (LTACs), and neuro hospitals. This wide-ranging experience allows her to provide exceptional, comprehensive care to our residents.
We're excited to have Tina leading our rehabilitation team at Rock Creek!
