Yesterday was a long one, but we are so blessed!

When facing felony charges, who turns down a misdemeanor plea offer in Federal Court? After all, acquittals happen in less than 1% of Federal cases. Innocent people do, that’s who. And just as we told KPLC back in April of 2024, “Jenilea Pena is not just presumed innocent, she is in fact innocent.” Yesterday afternoon, a Federal Jury, 12 ordinary citizens, confirmed just that when they unanimously found her NOT GUILTY on all charges brought by the Federal Government.

Congratulations to Jenilea and Raymond, and to their family and friends, who stood with her through it all.
