Today we want to take a moment to recognize someone who makes an incredible difference in our facility every single day — our amazing Social Services Director, Shannon.
Shannon’s role goes far beyond paperwork and care plans. She is an advocate, a listener, a problem-solver, and a constant source of support for our residents and their families. Whether she’s helping someone navigate a difficult transition, offering a comforting conversation, or making sure every resident’s voice is heard, Shannon approaches her work with compassion, patience, and true dedication.
Her commitment helps create the warm, supportive environment that makes our facility feel like home. We are so grateful for the heart she puts into everything she does and the positive impact she has on so many lives.
