Our Story

High Hope Care Center has been locally owned and operated for 30+ years. Located just a few miles North of Houston River Road in a private country setting. What to Expect from your Rehabilitation Experience: The goal of rehabilitation therapy is to return you to a state where you are able to function safely on your own. After admission, we will work together to begin a program that will help us reach that goal as quickly and safely as possible. We will create a personalized therapy plan tailored to your unique condition, age and abilities. You’ll be asked to commit to this program, which will likely involve some hard and sometimes long work. Our team of therapists will work to motivate you to succeed and encourage you during your recovery. You’ll enjoy our various amenities and have the opportunity to meet others who are facing similar challenges. Our staff is available to help you with any physical, mental or spiritual challenges you’re facing.
