The Resident Council plays an important role in a nursing facility because it gives residents a voice in their community. It allows residents to share ideas, concerns, and suggestions about daily life in the facility, helping ensure their needs and preferences are heard and respected.

Through the Resident Council, residents can work together to improve quality of life, plan activities, and communicate directly with staff and administration. This encourages mutual respect, strengthens relationships, and helps create a more positive and supportive living environment.

Overall, the Resident Council empowers residents, promotes independence, and helps make the nursing facility feel more like home. Please help us congratulate the following members 👏
