Our holiday closure dates this year are as follows: we will be closed December 22-January 3rd. We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, January 4th. We have limited availability for appointments prior to the closure. We can schedule you in Lake Charles on Tuesday, December 14th, Wednesday, December 15th, or in Sulphur Thursday, December 16th. Our last clinic for the year is Tuesday, December 21st but that schedule is currently full. You can text us at 337.496.4229 to schedule for any of the available dates prior to the Christmas closure. We are running our ANNUAL $50 SPECIAL🎉 we see patients in Lake Charles on Tuesday and Wednesday 5p-630pm and every other Thursday in Sulphur (Nov 5th rotation, but we are also scheduling patients for November 12 in Sulphur) from 5-630pm. Due to the impending storms, our Lake Charles office will only be open on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 from 5p-7pm. We plan to accommodate all scheduled patients for this week during our Tuesday clinic and will extend our hours if necessary. Scheduled Sulphur patients will be contacted via text regarding their appointments. Please contact us at 337.496.4229 if you have any questions. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we want to ensure the safety of all our patients and staff. We will resume regular hours next week. Thank you for your understanding and please stay safe☺️

In an effort to do our part with the current COVID-19 situation, we will be implementing changes from now until April 13th for all scheduled clinics. The changes are as follows:
Upon your arrival to your appointment, please text us. Once you have texted us, please remain in your vehicle until one of our staff members comes out to get you. We will bring patients in one at a time to see the physician. This will allow us to practice the recommended safety measures of social distancing. If you have any questions and/or concern please feel free to text us at 337.496.4229 for Lake Charles or Sulphur and 985.507.4158 for Hammond. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, insuring the safety of our patients as well as our staff is our top priority.
