Welcome back to the SD gym! We will be open during regular business hours starting tomorrow Friday May 1st . Our new business hours through the end of "virus season" will be 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. We will not go to 24-hour access for our key holders for at least another two or three weeks depending on how well we continue to do on the coronavirus here in Murray County. That will allow us time to do a thorough cleaning and disinfecting after we lock the doors each night so you can come into a clean , disinfected gym each morning. Please read the signs on the door before you come in and follow all the coronavirus restrictions until further notice. We thank you four supporting us and staying with us through our closure. Stay safe and healthy and we will see you in the gym.

Hello everyone we will be opening back up May 1st per Governor Stitt. If there are any restrictions he sets in place we will follow, but will be open 👍🏼💪🏼

Due to the concerns expressed by Governor Stitt and President Trump, in an effort to curb the spread of the covid 19 Coronavirus, we have made the decision to temporarily close the gym for business at this time. This closure will apply to all members. We appreciate your uembers. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will support our decision in the best interest of our members and our community. Hello and good morning everyone we are happy to announce that we are running a Holiday special now through January 16th. The special is a true 2-1 deal get one membership and the second one is free. This time around it doesn’t have to be just anyone in your household it can include friends, neighbors, coworkers we just want you in here and making and setting goals for better health.
