At Cascade Health Clinic, we’re celebrating World Ocean Day by recognizing the vital connection between a healthy ocean and human health. Oceans provide over half of the oxygen we breathe, influence our weather, support our nutrition, and even contribute to the development of life-saving medicines.

If you’d like to support the ocean and help make a positive change, check out this inspiring organization that reuses ocean plastic waste to create beautiful bracelets and anklets. Together, we can protect our oceans and promote a healthier planet. https://www.4ocean.com/blogs/sustainable-bracelets/ocean-cleanup-efforts

Dr Sarah F Sadler & Cascade Health Clinic | Our Story

In 2016, Dr Sarah F Sadler opened Cascade Health Clinic in Sultan Washington with the purpose of providing a unique patient experience that is individualized and thorough. Dr Sadler believes that serving the rural area is very critical as many times these areas are underserved. With the heart and passion of helping others, Dr. Sadler decided to open Cascade Health Clinic. As a woman owned and operated business, Dr. Sadler strongly believes that this sets her practice apart from many others (as our patient’s have found - they get a one-on-one patient experience that is above and beyond their expectations).

Dr. Sadler was born in Lake Zurich Illinois and moved to Scottsdale Arizona at an early age where she graduated from Chaparrel High School then went onto Arizona State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree cm laude in Nutrition. Thereafter, Dr. Sadler went to Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine completeing her studies in 2015. Dr. Sadler has been licensed in Arizona and is currently licensed to practice in Washington State.

Currently, Dr. Sadler lives in Index, WA with her sigificant other where she loves to hike and explore the great outdoors with her two beloved dogs.
