Alcohol isn't just a drink, it's a risk...
April is National Alcohol Awareness Month, aimed at reducing the stigma surrounding addiction and increasing understanding of alcohol-related risks. Excessive drinking causes ~140,000 U.S. deaths annually and is linked to over 200 diseases, including cancer and liver disease. Key prevention includes limiting consumption and supporting recovery.

World Autism Awareness Day is observed annually on April 2 to promote global understanding, acceptance, and inclusion of autistic individuals.
Significance: The day shifts focus from merely raising awareness to fostering true acceptance, highlighting that 1 in 127 persons has an autism diagnosis.
How you can participate: Wearing blue is a common sign of support, often associated with the "Light It Up Blue" campaign.

Seneca Health Services is community-founded and community invested — we are a group of West Virginians reaching out to take care of our fellow West Virginians. Our highly-trained professionals are passionate about helping people build the life they want to live. Seneca Health Services has clinic locations in Greenbrier, Nicholas, Pocahontas, and Webster Counties. We have maintained offices in the small West Virginia communities because it is important for us to ensure residents have access to a local provider.
