We are VERY appreciative of the FY2024/2025 funding received from the Lawrence County Government (taxpayers) to keep our facility operating.

The Lawrence County Commission provides funding in the County’s Annual Budget to each of the Senior Citizens centers in Lawrence County. Of course we realize this is all taxpayer-funded and we use it wisely.

Without this funding, we would struggle to be able to meet our ongoing operational expenses.

If you are not joining us for meals & fellowship, please consider doing so ! Anyone age 60 & up are eligible and it doesn’t matter which County you live in - we are Federally funded.

A public meeting for the Summertown Senior Citizens has been set for Monday, February 6, 2023 at 6 pm at the Summertown Bridle & Saddle Club building.

We invite & encourage anyone with an interest in our organization and activities to please attend.
