I HAVE EXCITING NEWS! At Three Keys Yoga we are about to introduce SEVEN new yoga instructors into the world, but we cannot do it without you!!!!! We need YOGA BODIES and LOVERS to come be their guinea pigs. They are ready to show you what they've got for their FINAL COMMUNITY TEACH before their GRADUATION! Please please please mark your calendars and keep your days open on July 11th and July 12th. EVERYTHING IS FREE, so bring your friends!!! AND GUESS WHAT?? One of the classes will be ALL IN SPANISH!!!!

Big shout out to Baker's BBQ of Summerville. I stopped by last night on the way to deliver food to Keys of Change men's home because I needed some baked beans to complete their meals. Baker's delivered on the baked beans but also DONATED an entire pan of cole slaw and okra on the spot. Thanks to a great local establishment stepping up to help others!

Did you know that every Friday from the first of October to the end of April that Three Keys Yoga Summerville has a WINE DOWN?? What's a "wine down" you ask?? Let me take you on a journey of how lovely and wonderful this wine down is.

Picture it: Summerville, 6:30 p.m.

In a dimly lit room, with soft spa music playing, one of our experienced and mellow instructors leads the yogis in a VERY SLOW and EASEFUL yoga practice, complete with a relaxing and meditative savasana. It is 60 minutes of pure serenity.

BUT THEN..... we gift you 90 minutes of FREE wine and FREE snacks on your mat to chat, bond, and create community and camaraderie. Now, here is the CRAZIEST part. For 60 minutes of yoga, as much wine as you want, and as many snacks as you want, it is only a $19.00 for a drop in. But guess what? We DO have a once-a-week membership, and if you sign up for that, then it is $14.75 a week.

I’m going to take a moment and BRAG about myself and “the work” we do at Three Keys Yoga Summerville. A mother called me and asked
me if her 11-year-old daughter could start yoga classes. Unfortunately, I had to explain to her that our minimum age for yogis is 14 unless it’s a kids’ flow or family flow. (Dawn Boone we really need to get a few events on the calendar for our kiddos!). The mother was very disappointed. She said that since her daughter started middle school that she’s been having panic attacks, anxiety, and trouble sleeping. She’s getting herself so worked up in the morning before school that she’s throwing up or crying and doesn’t even WANT to go to school. I did explain to the mother that I’d be willing to do a private lesson with the daughter and the mother to teach them BOTH strategies to calm her down at night, in the morning, at school, or even before tests and major events like that. The mother agreed and paid the $75.00. It was a lovely evening with both of them. I followed up and checked on that sweet girl. I got nothing but positive feedback. ❤️🙏🏻. I feel so happy that I was able to help someone cope with her fears and anxiety. 💕💕. That’s all. That’s my brag.
