My client BLEW MY MIND today! 🥰
She hung from the bar for 83 seconds and it was only her 2nd time trying!

Her goal? Well it WAS 90 seconds but I have a feeling she’ll leave that in the dust here soon!

Can you balance on one foot for 10 seconds without wobbling?

If not — you’re not alone (and it’s fixable!).
Balance is a sneaky skill that fades fast when we don’t train it, yet it’s your best defense against falls, fractures, and fear.

Balance isn’t just about standing on one leg — it’s about strong ankles, stable hips, and a brain that knows where your body is in space.

Start small:
🦶 Stand on one foot while brushing your teeth.
💪 Add single-leg moves (step-ups, split squats) to workouts.
⚖️ Practice barefoot when it’s safe.
