If breakfast had a glow-up… this is it. ✨

🥑🌶️ Weekend Prep = Weekday Win! 🌶️🥑

This Breakfast Burrito Bowl is basically your morning BFF:
✨ Eggs + chicken = protein power
✨ Sweet potato = energy that lasts
✨ Avocado = creamy, healthy-fat goodness
✨ Peppers + onions = flavor + vitamins galore

👩‍🍳 Pro tip: Roast your sweet potatoes + chop your veggies on Sunday. Then? Just toss, sizzle, scramble, and top all week long. Breakfast in MINUTES. 💃

🥑 Breakfast Burrito Bowl 🌶️🍳
A colorful, protein-packed bowl that fuels your morning and keeps you satisfied!

Ingredients
2 eggs
½ sweet potato, cubed
½ – 1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
¼ onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 Tbsp salsa
¼ – ½ avocado, sliced
Olive oil spray + 1 Tbsp EVOO
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
1️⃣ Roast sweet potato cubes at 425°F with olive oil spray, salt, and pepper until tender.
(Tip: do this ahead on Sunday!)
2️⃣ Sauté bell pepper + onion in 1 Tbsp EVOO until soft.
3️⃣ Add chicken to the skillet to warm through.
4️⃣ Stir in sweet potatoes if prepped ahead.
5️⃣ Scramble eggs, then combine everything.
6️⃣ Top with salsa + avocado. Add extra seasoning if you like! ENJOY!

Some days it feels impossible to just be real with ourselves. With all the noise, pressures, and constant comparisons—whether to who we once were or who we think we should be—it’s easy to feel like we’re falling short.

Here’s the truth: it’s okay to not have it all figured out.
It’s okay if today you need to pause, breathe, and give yourself a little grace.

👉 Let's stop measuring ourselves against the "old version".
👉 And stop measuring ourselves against someone's highlight reel.
👉 It's time to start believing that the power is already within us.

That power comes in so many forms.
✨ Taking a day to regroup.
✨ Writing down a list of what’s next.
✨ Tackling one project, one step, one choice at a time.

I have something simple (and free!) that can flip your mood, energy, and focus in just 20 minutes...

Forest bathing. 🌳 (A Japanese practice called Shinrin-yoku)

It’s not hiking or exercise, it’s slowing down and fully soaking in nature with all 5 senses.

👀 Look at the trees + sky
👃 Breathe in the fresh air
👂 Listen to birds + wind
✋ Touch bark, leaves, or moss
💚 Feel your body exhale

Why it matters (especially for us in midlife) ⬇️:

Lowers cortisol = less stress + anxiety
Boosts immune system (yes, proven by science!)
Improves sleep + focus
Lifts mood + energy
Supports heart + bone health naturally
