✔️ Feet shoulder-width apart
✔️ Toes slightly turned out
✔️ Core gently braced (like zipping up snug jeans)
✔️ Chest tall, shoulders relaxed

🔁 How to Perform the Squat
1️⃣ Sit hips back like you’re reaching for a chair
2️⃣ Knees track over toes
3️⃣ Lower only as far as you can with control
4️⃣ Drive through heels to stand
5️⃣ Squeeze glutes at the top (no knee lockout)

🕒 Start with 2–3 sets of 8–12 reps

Ummm yes, when you’ve been eating like you’re 20 years old and not prioritizing movement.
*gasp!*
It’s ok to relax a little, but boy I reeeeally relaxed.
I feel it in my body (bloaty, not sleeping well and my clothes are tight)
In my joints. Oh lord the joints are aching!
And in my mind. Guilt consumes me - leftover from years of eating my emotions - and even feeling a little bummed out. Depressed.
