Mobility and flexibility combined with confidence. It’s what you need for a stronger body that’s as far from injury as possible. 💪
I use these hooks as a tool to help my clients get a deep stretch without the intense grip from a regular hang.
Start gently with legs supporting your body. Ease into a deeper full hang.
