Welcome Our newest doctor that will be starting in May!

Dr. Joshua Montanaro is a Chiropractor whose focus is on the correction of spinal subluxations through adjustive techniques customized to the patient. A graduate of the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic (Main Campus), Dr. Montanaro’s commitment is to serve all levels of society using the Gonstead system of analysis, a specific and thorough method of Chiropractic care.

In 2018, Dr. Montanaro earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, providing him with a robust foundation in biomechanics and physiology. Prior to attending Palmer in 2022, he lived and worked in Connecticut, New Hampshire, Colorado, and Pennsylvania. During this time, he held various roles within the service industry—experiences that instilled in him a profound appreciation for the "working man and woman." This perspective remains a cornerstone of his practice today, as he understands the physical and mental demands placed on those who keep our communities running.

While attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Montanaro focused his studies on the Gonstead system. To further refine his ability, he took part in the Troxell Intern Program, an intensive residency-style environment that allows for a total immersion in Gonstead principles. Beyond his core curriculum, he has completed over 100 hours of post-graduate Gonstead seminars.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Montanaro is an advocate for an active and balanced lifestyle. An avid athlete, he enjoys the community and competition of ultimate frisbee and soccer, as well as the physical and mental challenges of rock climbing. He is a lifelong learner who often spends his downtime reading self-improvement literature or finding peace at the beach. Above all, Dr. Montanaro is a family man. He treasures the time spent with his wife, Maryanne, and their two young boys, who serve as his primary inspiration for promoting health and longevity within every family he treats.
