Dr.kassiedewittotd Helping women ditch the pads + pee leaks by teaching bladder habits + pelvic floor strength that actually work.

Stop doing this if you want to stop leaking urine.

Stop limiting your water.

I know it feels like the logical fix.
Drink less → p*e less → leak less.

But your bladder doesn’t work like that.

When you don’t drink enough water, your urine becomes more concentrated.
That irritates your bladder lining.

Now your bladder is sensitive.
Reactive.
And constantly telling you it needs to go.

So instead of helping…
you just made urgency, frequency, night time wakings and leaking worse.

This is one of the biggest mistakes I see. Especially when women are trying to limit their water intake before bed.

Your bladder doesn’t need less water.
It needs you to learn how much YOUR body needs daily and then you slowly work up to that amount.

If you’ve been trying to fix this by drinking less… it’s time to do it differently.

❤️ Follow along if you want to learn how to fix your pelvic floor.

✅ Comment Quiz I will send you my bladder and pelvic floor quiz along with a personalized road map on what to do next.

NOW YOU KNOW 👇

Or**sm, bladder control, and bowel function are NOT separate problems.
They are outputs of the SAME system.

Your pelvic floor is not just muscles.
It’s a conversation between your:
• nervous system
• breath
• core + glutes
• brain
• and your v***ar tissue

So when that system is off… everything shows up.

➡️ leaking urine
➡️ urgency + frequency
➡️ constipation or straining
➡️ decreased sensation, difficulty or**sming, or no or**sm at all

Let’s talk about what no one is telling you 👇

If your nervous system is stuck in fight or flight…
your pelvic floor stays guarded.

A guarded pelvic floor =
• harder to relax to empty your bladder or bowels
• poor coordination → leakage
• decreased blood flow + sensation → or**sm feels muted or gone

You cannot rush, force, or “push through” a system that feels unsafe.

Now layer in v***ar tissue 👇

Dry, irritated, under-supported v***ar tissue
= less sensation
= more discomfort
= less desire for touch
= harder time reaching or**sm

And what do women do?

Ignore it
Wash it with harsh soaps
Stay dehydrated
Skip support altogether

Then wonder why everything feels… off.

Let me be very clear 👇
Just because your or**sms changed, decreased, or disappeared
does NOT mean they are gone forever.

Your body is not broken.
Your system is just dysregulated.

And throwing random exercises at it won’t fix this.

More kegels won’t fix it
Pushing won’t fix it
“Trying harder” won’t fix it

You need:
✔ a calm, regulated nervous system
✔ pelvic floor coordination (not just strength)
✔ healthy, supported v***ar tissue
✔ proper hydration + blood flow

Same system. Different symptoms.

Fix the system → everything changes.

Better bladder control
Easier bowel movements
Stronger, more connected or**sms
More confidence in your body

You don’t need to accept this as your new normal.
You need the right approach.

👋 Meet June
(I am not June. I am the pelvic floor therapist who helped her stop leaking p*e.)

70 years young
Leaking when she stood up.
Up 3–4 times a night.
Pads every single day.
Planning every outing around a bathroom.
Intimacy? Avoided.

Her doctor told her:
✨ This is normal at your age.
✨ Wear thicker pads as needed.
✨ Stop drinking water after 5pm.
✨ We can try medication.
✨ Surgery is an option if it gets worse.

(Update: it was already “worse.”)

Update after joining Urine Good Company:
😴 Sleeping through the night
🩲 No pads for 4 months
🚶‍♀️ Leaving the house without scanning for bathrooms
❤️ Comfortable intimacy again
💊 No meds
🔪 No surgery
😌 “I feel like I have my body back.”

She didn’t need thicker pads.
She didn’t need less water.
She didn’t need to accept that 70 meant decline.

She needed education.
She needed structure.
She needed to understand how to support her pelvic floor and bladder in the right order.

She wasn’t too old.
Her body wasn’t broken.
This was not how her body wanted to operate.

I’m not sure when these stories will stop shocking me. Every time I hear what women are told, it still hits.

If you’re reading this and thinking, “This sounds like me,”
Because shrinking your life is not the solution.

⚠️ Fair warning:
This will challenge what you’ve been told is “normal.”
And once you see it… you can’t unsee it.

June is incredible! She was told she was too old, too far gone. She didn’t believe that for one second. She knew her body could do it with the right plan. That’s where I came in. Now she is living her best leak free life!

🔥 Hills I will happily die on as a pelvic floor therapist 🔥
(Bring snacks. This is a long hike.)

1️⃣ Surgery doesn’t teach you how to care for your v***a, bladder, or pelvic floor.
2️⃣ Meds don’t either. Stop them and—surprise—you’re back at square one… just older.
3️⃣ More Kegels ≠ less leaking. Ever.
4️⃣ You won’t sleep through the night by dehydrating yourself like a desert cactus.
5️⃣ Treating symptoms instead of the system is why so many women feel stuck.
6️⃣ Your OB is amazing—but pelvic floor rehab is literally my lane.
7️⃣ Quick fixes exist… and so do long-term solutions. I choose the latter.
8️⃣ We’re not fixing “right now.” We’re protecting your 80-year-old self.
9️⃣ Band-aids wear off. Frameworks don’t.
🔟 There is nothing else like the framework I teach and that’s why 4,000+ women are leaking less, sleeping more, and feeling confident again.

If you want to learn how this framework actually works and why it helps women stop leaking urine long term 👇

Women who leak urine don’t struggle because they’re lazy…
or because they “just need stronger muscles.”

They struggle because they’ve been skipping the ONE thing that actually makes the pelvic floor work.

👉 Coordination.

And here’s what no one tells you…

If your nervous system is stuck in fight or flight,
your pelvic floor can’t coordinate even if you’re doing all the “right” exercises.

So what do most women do?

They squeeze harder.
They rush to the bathroom.
They live on edge, just waiting for the next urge.

Meanwhile… their body is wound up like a tight rubber band.

So now you’ve got:
❌ a pelvic floor that won’t relax
❌ a bladder that feels bossy
❌ a brain that doesn’t trust the body

That’s the real problem.

Not weakness.
Not age.
Not “just part of being a mom.”

Your system is dysregulated.

And until you fix that, no amount of kegels will save you.

Once you do?

That’s when the leaking slows down.
That’s when urgency stops running your life.
That’s when you stop mapping out every bathroom on your route.

This is exactly what I teach inside my program.
Because your pelvic floor doesn’t work in isolation… it works with your nervous system.
