Both of my boys have been going to this dentist since we moved here. The staff is great from check in, visit , to check out! They always accommodate both my kids at the same time so I’m only there for “one visit” length. Super friendly and the place is very clean ! Definitely recommend for any children!

As parents, we’re always searching for a place where our children feel safe, cared for, and comfortable—whether it’s the doctor or the dentist. From the moment I walked in with my girls, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, and the atmosphere immediately stood out as fun, inviting, and genuinely kid-friendly.

We arrived about 10 minutes early, but were called back almost right away. That’s when we met our hygienist, Megan, who was nothing short of amazing. She took the time to explain everything to my daughter in a way that helped her feel safe and in control, offering choices and walking her through each step. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive—constantly checking in to make sure my daughter was comfortable. Even something as simple as the suction tool was introduced thoughtfully, letting her see it, hear it, and understand it before using it. That level of care made such a difference.

Megan struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. She engaged so naturally with my kids, while also taking time to connect with me, which made the whole experience feel more personal—like we were visiting a friend rather than just attending an appointment. As a mom, that meant everything.

When it was my youngest’s turn, her anxiety started to take over. Instead of feeling judged or rushed, the team responded with nothing but compassion. They offered a private room so she could feel more secure, and I was immediately reassured that this is completely normal and okay. That understanding and kindness truly put my heart at ease.

Dr. Baker was just as wonderful. Her interaction with my daughter was so gentle, calm, and patient—it was honestly beautiful to witness. Her chairside manner made a lasting impression and turned what could have been a stressful visit into such a positive experience.

From start to finish, this practice goes above and beyond. You can truly feel that they care deeply about children and their well-being. I can’t recommend Megan, Dr. Baker, and the entire team enough. They’ve created something really special here, and I’m so grateful we found them! Thank you all so so much!

We had such a wonderful experience at this practice. My youngest typically struggles with being around new people—especially when it involves cleanings or oral exams—but our hygienist, Megan, was absolutely incredible. She was so patient, gentle, and reassuring, making sure Gianna felt safe every step of the way. She handled even the brief “8-second bull ride” moments with such grace and compassion—it truly takes a special kind of person to work so skillfully with children, and she clearly has that gift.

Dr. Baker was equally amazing. She came in with such a lighthearted, friendly approach that instantly helped ease any remaining nerves about seeing another unfamiliar face. She took the time to educate me on ways to improve our routine at home, all in a positive and encouraging manner, while being mindful of my daughter’s anxiety.

From the warm and welcoming front desk staff to the exceptional care from both the hygienist and doctor, this office truly stands out. The environment feels safe, supportive, and incredibly well-run. I genuinely believe any child—whether it’s their first visit or they’re an established patient—would have a positive experience here. I can’t recommend them enough

This office is a 1,000/10!
I brought my 2 boys for the first time to this office. We had issues at our last dental office so I left and was told to give this place a try. So glad I came here! I was worried about my 2 yo because he is not a fan of strangers.. no worries here BOTH of my boys warmed right up to ALL of the sweet ladies! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Summerville pediatric dentistry! You will not be disappointed!

My 1st visit with Dr. Baker was 2009. I was 2 years old and a swing came back and hit my lip and face, chin area. When I walked in the office it was like beautiful playground with animals and trees and so colorful. My pain level was very high and a was afraid. Dr. Baker and her team are soothing, calm, and super friendly. Unfortunately, my front died ... but came out just fine later. I just had my cleaning at The Bees Ferry office ... and another happy visit!!!! I will be 19 in April .... I will be sad when I have to leave this amazing team of amazing people

Everyone was so awesome with my grandson! They let him lead the show and offered choices not giving direct commands...He claps his hands to go to the dentist...They took my cues as I spoke to him and are smart enough to have common sense on handling children with special needs!@

Best Dental Experience to Date - by Jeffrey H.

Had a great pain-free cleaning, the best ever actually, thanks to Christina! New patient onboarding was a breeze and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The doctor and team clearly have the patient’s best interests in focus. They do not hesitate to tell you when you don’t need something which is refreshing. Great job all! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

My 5 year old son had to have his tooth pulled due to a prior injury. Dr Baker and her assistant Carrison were absolutely amazing. They were so good with him; he was relaxed and tolerated the procedure well without additional sedation. They were very gentle and calming. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in this situation. Dr. Baker and staff, y’all are amazing. Thank you for the amazing experience, and all you do for our family to keep our teeth nice and healthy!
