Did you know sound therapy is included in every massage session at no additional cost? It can take up as much of your session as you would like!

It’s also offered as a stand alone service- meaning if you have 15 mins or more you can come have your own sound therapy treatment!

Here are my top three reasons why I love sound therapy:

🩵 It quiets my mind in a different way from meditation. Truth be told I think a lot of people believe they are to “not think” during meditation and that is very misleading! But if that is what you seek (and there are times in my life it’s exactly what I need) these bowls are extremely helpful! Because you can feel the sound it makes it easier to experience the vibration they produce with an open mind.

🩵🩵 The vibration of the bowls is felt in the body. Everyone’s experience is their own in how it’s felt and where. However, that vibration from the bowl creates the ability for you to connect with your body in ways many of us haven’t before. It’s so beautiful 🥹

🩵🩵🩵 It’s another tool to help you self regulate and resource. Sometimes when I meet a client with chronic pain they tell me they’ve gone everywhere for pain management . When we try sound therapy to see what it provides it very quickly becomes a doorway for clients to learn how to self regulate. It’s amazing to witness but amazing they know the bowls as a tool to self regulate.
