Dr. Knoche is board-certified in colon and re**al surgery and specializes in minimally invasive robotic-assisted procedures for colon and re**al cancers. She received her education and medical education at some of the country's most prestigious institutions, including Harvard University, University of Florida, Vanderbilt University, and the Mayo Clinic.

"I love working in a field that is both preventable and largely curable. And while I want everyone to get screened and avoid colore**al cancer completely, I also recognize it is a real privilege to take care of patients during one of the hardest times of their lives and walk them through the process of diagnosis, treatment and hopefully cure."

She was nominated by a colleague, who shared: "Since starting at HCA Healthcare Summerville Hospital, Corinne has worked tirelessly to improve the care we are giving to our tiniest patients in the Level III NICU. Her most recent project was helping to create a virtual TPN order in Meditech. We were able to decrease the time between order and creation of TPN, by decreasing risk of human error that the paper order left open. Corinne’s commitment to safety and excellence is unsurpassed! We are so thankful for her!”
